Terms and Conditions for Online Tutors
Read Our Terms And Conditions Carefully Before Filling Out The Registration Form
1. We charge Rs 1500/= (Pakistani Rupees) { $50 for foreigners/non-Pakistanis/overseas Pakistanis } as registration fees which must be paid before any tuition is referred to the tutor. Registration fees can be paid via EasyPaisa, MobiCash, Bank account or Western Union. Registration fees is non-refundable.
2. We charge 60% as commission of first month on every tuition provided by the Tutor Agency.
3. We charge 10% as commission from second month onward every month till the tuition continues.
4. We charge 35% of total decided amount from online tutors for assignments and projects.
5. Fees of every month will be collected by the Tutor Agency and released to the online tutor at end of the month via Bank Account,Western Union, EasyPaisa. Tutors living in Karachi also have the option to collect fee from our head office in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi city, Pakistan.
6. Online tutors should also send their CV, recent photograph and a scanned copy of both sides of CNIC (national identity card) (applicable on both Pakistanis and foreigners) at info@aabshartutors.com
7. Do not get registered if you cannot teach or if you don’t have a good internet connection, uninterrupted power supply and Graphic Tablet.
- Online tutors need to buy basic tools to teach online like graphic tablet, which is used to write on white board available on different sites one of the site is listed here to give you an idea of white board. (http://www.scriblink.com) and graphic tablet is used by online teachers to write on white board, its a must for online tutoring and is easily available in the market.
8. We expect the teacher / tutor not to provide any misleading information/documents to the Tutor Agency.
9. We inform the concerned teachers / tutors for any teaching vacancy via sms/call/email/WhatsApp, depending on tutor’s preference. The tutor initially receives basic information about the tuition such as the subject, class, number of students. If the tutor finds the inquiry suitable, he/she can reply with the REFERENCE # of the tuition which will be mentioned in the message/call/email, and the Tutor Agency will send complete contact details such as name of student/parent, contact number and email/Skype ID of the student to the tutor. Once this information is received, the online tutor is expected to immediately make contact with the student/parent(s) and arrange an online meeting on Skype.
10. Online Tutors are advised not to pass on any information regarding tuition / teaching vacancy or any other confidential information shared by Tutor Agency to any third party. Only Tutor Agency can refer a tuition. Any tutor, if found passing confidential information to any third party, will be immediately fired without any refund and no more tuition will be provided to him/her in the future. Tutor Agency also holds the right to take further legal action if the leaked information is of sensitive nature. We remain in touch with law enforcement authorities due to the sensitive nature of our work.
11. Tutor is bound to keep Tutor Agency updated on the progress of the tuition, specially those tuition that are still in process. A quick response by the tutor before finalizing the deal will be highly appreciated. In the case of no or late reply repeatedly, the tutor’s registration can be cancelled.
Please Note: Maximum time limit for feedback is 24 hours. If there is no feedback from a tutor after 24 hours, Tutor Agency holds the right to fire the tutor without any refund, refer another tutor on the tuition in question or simply hold back further tuition from the tutor in question till a certain period of time.
12. If a tutor fails in a demo class, then the tutor will be held responsible and tutor’s performance will go down in the Bad Feedback book of the Tutor Agency. In case a tutor fails continuously in more than two demo classes, Tutor Agency holds the authority to fire the tutor and no refunds will be made in this case. For more clarity, read point # 7 again.
13. Applying for Tutor Registration confirms that you accept all terms and conditions.
